Grapefruit, Cucumber, Red Onion and Cilantro Salsa 1 Red Grapefruit, peeled and segmented, cut segments in two or three pieces
1 cucumber peeled, deseeded and chopped
1 medium Red Onion, peeled and chopped
1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped
1 Goat Pepper, chopped or to your taste
Badia® Sea Salt
A glug of Basso® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A splash of Balsamic Vinegar


Mix all together in a non-reactive bowl and let stand for 30 minutes to develop flavor.
Serve with Grilled Salmon or Grilled chicken breast or any oily fish.
