For Sauce 1qt Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce 1pt Pineapple Juice or Apple-Cranberry
In a large pan, turn pork chops over in lemon juice. Take out and season liberally with the Badia Jerk Seasoning. Return to pan and drizzle with a little olive oil. Cover with shrink wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
In a sauce pot, add the juice and warm. Whisk in the Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce and the leftover marinade. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Place Jerk BBQ sauce mixture into a large bowl.
Heat grill to medium heat. Take pork chops out of pan and grill on each side. Mark well and add the to the bowl with the Jerk BBQ sauce mixture. Turn over and make sure each piece is well coated. Put pork chops in a large pan and bake in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes. Watch well and do not let sauce get too dark. Take out, cut up and serve with roast.
