In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, Sysco Bahamas (BFS) has made changes to our regular operating hours and has put in place updated security and health safety measures. As a primary wholesaler upon which many local companies depend, Sysco Bahamas is considered an “Essential Service” and is therefore available to service customers within the new parameters.
No walk-in customers can be accepted at this time. Security will only allow customers with a verified order number and appointment time to access the property.
✪ All customers entering the property must be wearing a mask
✪ All customers are subject to temperature check
✪ No walk-in customers without an order
✪ All customers must adhere to strict social distancing while on BFS property
➥ HOURS: Monday to Friday, gates open 8AM and close at 4PM for pickup.
LOCKDOWN UPDATE: BFS is currently scheduled to be closed every Saturday in May 2020 as per Bahamian law. However, this is subject to change as the country adapts to changing conditions and issues new alerts and directives. Check this page for updates, or contact your BFS sales rep.
ORDER UPDATES: Cut-off times, delivery and pick up.
➥ ORDERING PROCEDURE: All customers must call or email their order in advance, and have the order number and appointment time to give the security.
ACCOUNT HOLDERS:
✪ Order cut-off time is 12PM daily
✪ Pickup by appointment only
✪ Delivery requires a $300 order minimum
✪ No cash payments upon delivery
NON-ACCOUNT HOLDERS:
✪ Must call into BFS to place your order in advance under your name
✪ Non-account holders need to have a $150 minimum order
✪ Last order taken by phone at 3:30PM
