Block and Barrel smoked gouda cheese is made with premium Wisconsin rBST-free cow’s milk. Flavour is light and buttery with a golden-brown rind. The chub link-shape and trimmed ends serve to reduce waste. Pasteurized processed cheese that is shrink-wrapped and sealed in clear cryovac to preserve freshness.
