The Sysco Bahamas Human Resources (HR) department is tasked with handling all elements of human resources including Compensation, Benefits, talent management, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, learning and development, Labour Relations and acts as support for Payroll Services, HR data and support and talent acquisition.

More than 350 Bahamian residents are currently employed and working in the BFS building and compound. Departments include:
- Inventory Control
- Finance & Accounts
- Sales – Foodservice and Retail
- Maintenance and Engineering
- Truck drivers and heavy equipment operators
- Management and Operations
- Information Technology (IT)
- Beverage Department – equipment maintenance
