Chef Bobby Briggs was the Corporate Executive Chef at Bahamas Food Services up until his retirement in 2020.
Chef Bobby was in possession of vast experience in international kitchens from European castles to Middle Eastern adventures. He finally settled in The Bahamas, well at home in gourmet kitchens throughout Nassau. He specialised in cooking for fine dining, menu planning, catering both on-site and off-site, staff management, inventory and much more. During his many years at BFS and then Sysco Bahamas, Chef Bobby produced a body of recipes that can be used by professional chefs as well as home cooks to create all sorts of interesting dishes, from the classic to the modern and innovative. Having access to the best ingredients available means these recipes help chef use ingredients in ways that are effective, efficient and delicious.
