How to Reverse Sear a Beef Tenderloin Steak
Eyewitness News cooking segment on ILTV, showing off a Reverse Searing technique to cook our infamous Wagyu Beef Tenderloin by Snake River Farms.
The decadent steaks are served “Oscar” style, which means topped with a creamy crab and shrimp topping, demi-glace and crispy onions, and served with a side of broccolini and Sysco’s Garlic Red Potato Mash.
Dessert is Sysco’s premium Lemon Marscapone Cake, adorned with a homemade guava duff gelato, a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookie from Maui Foods, fresh strawberries and edible flowers.
