Fresh Fish Delivery
BFS offers twice weekly delivery of fresh fish flown in from Florida. Our supplier is Incredible Fish, one of the leading fresh seafood providers in the US. Incredible Fish is a division of North Star Seafood, which is a part of the Sysco supplier family.

Fish is available whole, fillet or in portions. Fresh seafood options include:
- Chilean seabass
- Oysters, scallops and clams
- Spiny lobster and stone crab
- U-10 diver scallops
- Swordfish
- Salmon
- Halibut
- Grouper
- Snapper
- Tilefish – similar to turbot
- Striped bass
- Mahi mahi
- Wahoo
- Other fresh fish such as Pompano, Corvina, Kingclip, Cobia, triple tail and more
SUSTAINABLE Incredible Fish operates out of an ultra modern, HACCP approved, processing and distribution centre and ships via air freight to Bahamas Food Services twice per week. All wild-caught seafood options come from sustainable sources or renewable fisheries. Farmed fresh seafood comes only from certified fish farming operations. Incredible Fish is in full compliance with rules, laws and regulations, both international and domestic, which are intended to ensure the viability of fish stocks worldwide. Incredible Fish is fully licensed to operate both as an importer and distributor of seafood and is fully compliant with all governmental requirements and regulations covering all of its operations.
