- Crystals ~ Herb Crystals®, Flower Crystals® and Fruit Crystals® – Beautiful micro-sized herbs, flowers and fruit blossoms encrusted with pure cane sugar, can be used for cocktail garnishes, as a tea sweetener or to enhance salads and desserts.
