First up, we’re excited to offer American Wagyu Zabuton Steak. This premium cut of beef is renowned for its melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and rich flavour. Perfect for grilling or pan-searing, this steak is sure to impress your customers. The “Zabuton”, also called the “Denver Steak” is intensely marbled, giving this cut a buttery flavour and texture. Best on the grill or cast-iron skillet with a reverse sear for delicious results, or use for Asian dishes. Cut from the chuck shoulder in the “cushion” between the neck and rib. NAMP 116E.
NEW PRODUCT ALERT! We’re also introducing Hot Smoked Cod to our packaged seafood lineup. This delicately Alaskan smoked fish is perfect for incorporating into a variety of dishes, from salads to chowders. This is Black Cod, aka Sable and is a great option for adding a touch of sophistication to your menu.
