COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: BAKE OR MICROWAVE Cook from frozen state only.
Bake: Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Remove film and place tray on baking sheet. Place in oven on bottom rackfor 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 2-3 minutes, stir and serve.
Microwave: Place tray in microwave and heat for 2.5 minutes. Remove film halfway from the tray and stir well. Replace film over tray and cook for an additional 1.5 minutes. Remove from microwave, remove film, let stand for 2-3 minutes, stir and serve.
DO NOT BAKE IN TOASTER OVEN. CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.
